What are the standard delivery times within the UAE?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM in Dubai and Sharjah. For other Emirates, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
Do you offer international shipping outside of Dubai?
Currently, we primarily serve customers within the UAE. However, for bulk orders or specific international requests, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
What is your return policy for creative supplies?
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain specialty items may be final sale.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to AED 2,000.
