Lokta has long and luxurious fibers, giving the sheets their natural shine. The paper sheets measure 20" x 30", are acid-free and feature four deckled edges. Paper designs are printed using silk-screening, woodblock and other printing techniques. Manufactured by hand in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal by a certified fair trade workshop. As the paper is handmade, small variations in color and thickness can occur.
