At Creative Minds Dubai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Package the Items

  Ensure that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and documentation provided at the time of delivery.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the package from your location in Dubai or provide instructions for drop-off at our designated points.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
